I can't believe it! Seems like just yesterday we were signing all your mortgage papers...

...and now, according to my calendar, it's already that time again!

It's time for your Annual Mortgage Checkup!

But, you'll be relieved to know that unlike your average health check at the Doctor's Office, this one's gonna be a lot more fun, financially fruitful and best of all... it won't involve any latex gloves. Phew!
