I grew up in Davao City, in the southern Philippines — a place where durian is king and family is at the heart of everything. Those roots shaped how I work today: with warmth, integrity, and a genuine drive to help people.
I joined Nest back in 2015, when we were a small, ambitious team with a big vision. I’ve been part of the journey ever since, and now I lead the behind-the-scenes crew who work closely with our mortgage brokers to keep the home loan process moving quickly and smoothly. Our job is to make life easier for our clients — cutting stress, removing roadblocks, and keeping everything on track.
With a Bachelor’s in Business, an MBA, and an unshakable love of ticking things off a to-do list, I handle everything from collecting documents and preparing bank paperwork, to managing deadlines and making sure nothing slips through the cracks.
Before Nest, I spent eight years in customer service and five years teaching business and management — experience that taught me how to communicate clearly, stay patient, and turn complex processes into simple, straightforward steps.
When I’m not at work, you’ll usually find me backpacking, meeting new people, or exploring new places. Travel has taught me to stay open-minded, adaptable, and curious — qualities that shape how I work every day.
At the end of the day, my role is simple: take the pressure off, and turn what can feel like a complicated maze into a clear, confident path forward — alongside the expertise of our brilliant mortgage brokers.

We wish we could give Jeff 10 stars, he was instrumental in helping us purchase our first home, and we highly recommend him. He made the entire process seamless and taught us so much along the way. Thanks to his efforts, we were able to settle into our new home within two months, making our move from Whangamata to Cambridge much smoother. As a first home buyer, the house buying process seemed very overwhelming but Nest Home Loans made the process so much easier. Jeff took the time to outline each step clearly, making the whole experience feel much more achievable. He was easy to communicate with and incredibly prompt in his responses, which gave me a lot of confidence throughout the journey.

We first approached Jeff when our landlords decided to sell their property and we wanted a game plan to get us ready for buying. We went straight into the deep end of the buying process that same day and two months later we've settled on our first home.
From day one we have been extremely impressed with Jeff and the service he provides. There is a reason he is so highly recommended and has so many repeat clients.
We experienced the full "rollercoaster" of first home buying but Jeff kept it cool, calm, and collected. When roadblocks appeared he had a plan to get around them smoothly, and sometimes had even taken the next steps before he let us know any bad news. His expertise and motivation was invaluable.
Jeff's communication is second to none, at the end of the day you're left feeling very aware of where you're standing in the process. The online portal is amazing for getting necessary documents prepared and submitted without any drama.
Jeff's confidence allowed us to fully trust the process and avoid panicking when things weren't quite going to plan. Having that level of trust in him spoke volumes about the relationships he builds with his clients.
