To get your application together we will need to complete a 'first meeting' which we can do online or over the phone. We will also need to collect some documentation. Here is a starters list if you want to get started:
1. 3 Months Bank Statements
The last 3 months statements are needed from ALL accounts (even if its just a savings account that isn't used much). They will need to show the bank account number, date, name and balance.
2. Proof of deposit
If you are using Kiwisaver as part of your deposit you can email your Kiwisaver provider to ask them for the 'amount of withdrawal' and forward this to us. You are also able to get pre-approval for your Housing New Zealand Homestart Grant online.
3. One Months Statement of Liabilities showing transactions
You can request the last months statement for any Credit Cards, Loans or Store cards.
4. Income
Your last 3 payslips are very helpful if your are a PAYE employee. For any benefits such as 'working for families' you will need to contact the IRD to get a 'letter of entitlement' which we can use as proof of income.
