We are able to give you a rough idea of what you can borrow over the phone after a quick chat. We can then send you a letter out based on this information with conditions that we believe we are able to meet so that you are able to make offers subject to finance.
For some people we can approve them immediately, and for others it will take 6 months to complete a short plan to get your finances in order. Most people we see are a lot closer to home ownership than they think and everyone has been at this stage at some point so don't be afraid to pick up the phone and ask us some questions.
